Decided to toss her as my 2nd here, not gonna join CD. Mainly cause I want to keep her a meowth and stuff. And I'm kind of meh about what I've with CD really. Idc that much for it. History:

Dakota grew up a spoil child in the large city of Celadon, in the Kanto region. Her entire life her parent's catered to her every need. They didn't realize what they were turning their daughter into, they just wanted her to be a happy girl. Her parent had money to spare, anyways. Once she started up school however, things turned a little south.

She back-sassed the teachers when they gave her assignments, she'd argue with the other children when they didn't agree with her, and during lunch she'd throw a fit if they didn't giver her the kind of food she wanted. Of course, the school talked to her parents about this. Her parents didn't realize at her it was their spoiling of her that had turned into this. And tried to talk to her about it. But she started arguing with them.

So her parents ended up taking away a lot of her toys, and other things. She wasn't happy about this, but eventually she had to accept her punishment. She still rarely did what she was told, unless their was some sort of incentive. How she even passed grades in school was quite the conundrum. But somehow she managed. As she got older, so did her desires. She dreamed of being a star. A performer, a singer, dancer, anything really. And she someone convinced her parents to enroll her in special classes for those things. First there was ballet, in which her clumsiness caused her to fail at it. Then, singing. Her voice was horse and too high pitched, something that a singer could not have. But none of these failures phased her, and she still put forth the effort to become famous. She didn't believe what they said, told her she wasn't good. In her eyes, and in her ears, she sounded amazing. And she thought that as well, and nothing nobody said would make her think otherwise.

One day, while checking the mail to see if she'd been accepted into yet another performing arts school, she found a letter, a strange letter with no address. Opening it, as she was curious, being a cat after all, she read about a mysterious island. Oh maybe this was her salvation! A place that would see her for what she really was! She let her parents know she would be leaving, and she was off.
