Tei's is probably the sweetest spider you could meet. If you're not afraid of spiders that is. He's just a big softy with a heart of gold. He does his best to try and help anyone out whenever he can, no matter at what cost to himself. He'll even end up getting himself in trouble or hurt if it'll end up helping or protecting someone he cares about. Though, he's a bit of nervous wreck most of the time. He's clumsy and a little awkward. He's definitely not the leader type, always a follower. Being a poisonous spider, he's incredibly careful with his mandibles, always afraid that he might accidentally hurt someone. He loves kids and anyone younger/smaller than him. As long as they're not totally terrified of him, which then he'll try his hardest to show he's not some big scary monster. Sometime he might just end up making it worse though. He get's extremely protective over loved ones and friends, as well. At the end of the day though, he's just a big sweetheart.

Teivel's childhood was typical by any means. His mother was also an Ariados, and her time was spent busy with her career. She was a Fashion Designer, with her own line. She was always busy traveling and trying to sell her line, being present at Fashion Shows and whatnot. And his father, a Shiny Flygon, was just as busy with his career. A Restaurateur, he owned a very high class restaurant. And his time was spent taking care of the place, taking care of their customers, and also traveling, attempting to set up other restaurants in other regions.

So Tei's spent his time home alone. Not really alone, his parents had housekeepers that would come and go. He usually just hid in his room, not wanting to really bother them. And a few times a week his parents had tutors come and teach him. They wanted him to have the best education and a public school system could not give that to him. Even special tutors, like a chef, since his father wanted him to get a future career in the culinary business. 

Teivel, never was really interested in anything that his parents hired tutors tried to teach him. He wouldn't do his work, his would ignore what they tried to teach him, and just wanted to do his own thing. The Tutors told his parents about what he was doing, they tried to talk to him, but Tei really didn't care. And he would never really tell his parents what actually interested him. That being music. He kept a small old radio in his room that a relative had given to him, and it's what started his interest in music. He wanted to grow up and become a musician. But his father was always so adamant of him following in his footsteps, that it scared him to tell them. His father... was very stern and strict. Tei just wanted to be a good son, and he didn't think he could be if he told them what he really wanted to do.

As Tei got older, he got progressively more rebellious. Faking notes to his tutors, telling them to take the day off. Same with the house keepers. This was due to the fact, he had started going out and about the city, and if anyone knew what he was doing and told his parents, he did not want that to happen of course. He wasn't a child when he did this mind you, he was already a teenager by this time.

Black City definitely wasn't a perfect place. But Tei was sheltered and naive, so he didn't know this. It was actually a pretty 'dark' city, to say the least. While he lived in the better part of the city, he would often wander far away from home. During his time, he discovered street performers. Pokemon who would sing, dance, play instruments all for the crowds that gathered around them. It interested him greatly. He never had the courage to ask his parents to buy him instruments and such, so he'd never gotten the chance to learn.

So he ended up approaching a 2-man band of a Liepard and Krokorok. He, awkwardly, asked them if they could help him learn how to play. They were a bit surprised that a young kid would want anything to do with them, but they took the kid in, taught him a lot of things. They also taught him a lot of streets smarts. Tei didn't know it, but a lot of the things the two older Pokemon were teaching him to do were illegal. He'd never learned any better. And if his new friends said it was okay, it was okay right?

Tei spent a lot of time with his new friends. Even evolved thanks to them. But eventually their shenanigans would get the better of them, or more specifically Teivel. Tei eventually got caught stealing from a small street stand's tip jar. And his 'friends' were no where around when he did get caught. They took him, and it took a day for his Parents to come and get him, causing Tei to spend a night in a cell. They didn't really do anything to Tei, he was just a young teen after all, and it was just a minor infraction.

Tei's parents were incredibly disappointed with him, especially his father. The last thing Teivel wanted. The officers at the station knew plenty of rebellious kids, and gave his parents some brochures on private and boarding schools, places they could send their son that could help get him back on the right track. After some discussions and taking some time off work to look after their teenage son, they finally decided on the Armonia institute.

Teivel did attend the Institute for a couple years, and a lot happened while he was there. He grew as a Pokemon, made friends, and probably most importantly, met his girlfriend, Ginny the once-Beautifly-now-Furfrou.

After awhile, the two decided they were getting a bit old for the place, and had plans on leaving and started their own lives together. They did leave for a little while. Teivel's mother had offered Ginny a job. She was a Fashion Designer after all, so she got the Furfrou a job as a model for her line. Meanwhile, Teivel didn't know what he wanted to do. They'd spent the time while they were away at his parent's apartment, and took some time to look into places for them to live. They had hopes of moving to Lumiose City, and Teivel maybe opening up a music store of sorts there. But then Teivel got a call, informing him he was eligible for a scholarship at the new Mirage College, which was connected to the Armonia Institute. So the young couple decided to move to Ever Grande City instead, for the time being. He was quite excited since he could start his life while still not loosing contact with the people he knew.

- He likes giving younger, smaller Pokemon rides on his back.

- Due to his ability Insomnia, he never sleeps. And due to this, he will always have black bags under his eyes.

- Teivel means "Devil" in Yiddish and Ragno comes from the Italian word for "Spider."

- He is capable of walking on walls and other surfaces that are not flat, due to his spider traits, but it looks rather awkward and he tries to avoid doing it.

- Is allergic to feline Pokemon and has a slight dislike for bird Pokemon.

- His mouth, blood, and most of his internal parts are the same purple hue as his hair and stripes.

- He's a vegetarian. His diet is the reason he's a bit frail. Normal Ariados are Carnivorous, but he chooses not to eat such things. So his body doesn't get the proper nutrition he's supposed to get. He's very well aware of this, but still chooses against it.

- One of his TM moves, Poison Jab, was a gift from his mom. Normally he would learn this move at level 50, but she gave it to him so he could know it sooner. In a way to help him both better control and get over his problems he has with his poison typing.

- Knows how to play a lot of instruments now. A few include Violin (his main), Piano, Cello, and Guitar.

- He also has a pretty nice singing voice but he'd never admit it.

- Using his spider silk he knows how to sew and make things out of it, such as clothing.

- He's grown a bit of scruff on his chin. He doesn't plan on growing it any longer than it is now. Mostly because his girlfriend doesn't like it. But he keeps it the way it is to get on her nerves.

- He actually has a lot of piercings in various places on his face, but he never wears them all at once. His most recent piercing is his tongue.

- He has two pet's that stay at home. A Croconaw named Snap and a Noibat named Symphony. His girlfriend has a pet Luvdisc named Hunter as well. Tei's usually the on that takes care of all them.

- Teivel's father doesn't really approve of his relationship with a Furfrou. His father's side of the family is a proud line of bug-type and bug-like Pokemon. (Basically anything in the Bug Egg Group.) Just another reason for Teivel and his father to not get along.

- Teivel comes from an incredibly high class family lineage as well. His parents definitely make good money, and so do many of his relatives. He was always dug off to fancy parties (or stuck at them at home when his parent's hosted them) and hated them, a lot. He doesn't flaunt his lineage, nor his money. (His parents still give him money to help him live, and he had a large allowance growing up, which he hardly spent and just saved it for the majority of his life.)

- Even though Teivel and his father don't get along, and while Tei won't do everything he wants, he really does just want to be a son his dad can be somewhat proud of, cause he just feels like a failure in his eyes.

- His mother has a twin sister, who also has a son. Which makes him Tei's cousin, but genetically they'd be considered half brothers. His name is Levi.
